With a shared commitment to creating a just, inclusive, and prosperous society, our organization was established to address social evils and discriminatory practices while promoting the rights, dignity, and opportunities of women, men, Dalits, indigenous nationalities, children, and other marginalized and vulnerable communities. Guided by the spirit of social transformation, we have continuously worked to mobilize communities and stakeholders towards building a healthy, self-reliant, equitable, and respectful society.

It is a matter of great pride and satisfaction that our organization is now stepping into its 29th year of service. Throughout this journey, we have remained dedicated to improving the social, economic, and cultural well-being of the communities we serve. Our interventions have covered a wide range of areas, including drinking water and sanitation, sustainable agriculture, disaster risk reduction and management, humanitarian relief and rescue, child marriage prevention, adolescent empowerment, and the elimination of harmful traditional practices such as Chhaupadi. We have also consistently advocated for gender equality, social justice, and the protection of human rights.

Over the years, we have had the privilege of collaborating with government agencies, national and international non-governmental organizations, development partners, and community-based institutions. Such partnerships have strengthened our capacity to reach those most in need and create meaningful and lasting change at the grassroots level.

Transparency, accountability, and learning have always remained at the heart of our work. In this spirit, we are pleased to present this Annual Report, which highlights the major achievements, activities, experiences, and lessons learned during the reporting period. We believe this report will serve as a valuable source of information for our communities, partners, donors, government stakeholders, and well-wishers.

On behalf of the organization, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all our partner organizations, government bodies, supporters, and community members whose trust, cooperation, and encouragement have been instrumental in our journey. My heartfelt gratitude also goes to our founders, advisors, executive committee members, general members, staff, volunteers, and all those who have contributed their time, expertise, and dedication towards fulfilling the organization’s vision and mission.

We remain committed to serving the community with integrity, professionalism, and compassion in the years ahead. We welcome your valuable suggestions and feedback as we continue to learn, improve, and strengthen our efforts for sustainable and inclusive development.

Thank you.
